The ZRK administers the data of its members (personal or company memberships). Transfer of personal data

If ZRK uses various contract processors (e.g. publishers, mail order processing companies, etc.) to provide its services for which data processing is necessary, these are in a contractual relationship with ZRK, which, among other things, regulates the obligation to data protection.
Storage period
The personal data shown above will be stored as long as you use the underlying service and will then be deleted within 6 months of your cancellation at the latest, unless there are mandatory legal restrictions to the contrary.

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
